    Laatst een refurbished samsung galaxy A71 gekocht bij back market, ik dacht laat ik het eens proberen. uitstekende conditie stond er bij de telefoon op de site. ik was blij verrast toen de telefoon na 2 dagen aankwam ( wat ik wel grappig vond is dat ik precies kon zien waar mijn telefoon vandaan kwam wat finland bleek te zijn) om te zien dat hij wel splinternieuw lijkt. beschermfolie zat er rondom zelfs nog op en de telefoon is in nieuwstaat geen krasjes vlekjes of wat dan ook. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de telefoon en back market is in mijn opinie zeker een aanrader als je een refurbished telefoon zoekt.

    I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.

    Super achat, téléphone reçu dans un état plus que correct. Signalé reconditionnés mais juste pour la forme car vraiment neuf. Ma femme l'utilise depuis 4 ans et vraiment satisfaite, aujourd'hui je reviens sur le site back market car elle a cassé l'écran et je doit éditer la facture d'achat, je me suis dit qu'un petit retour personnel 4 ans après aiderait certaines personnes à se décider pour l'achat d'un téléphone reconditionné. Que du positif pour moi, foncez ! Et merci back market pour cet achat.

    Le téléphone est impeccable, propre et rapide. Par contre, il était bloqué Vodafone (opérateur Portugais): quand on achète un modèle débloqué, c'est dommage pour ne pas dire agaçant. Prix du téléphone: 170€. Prix du déblocage en express: 60€... C'est le premier problème que moi ou ma famille rencontrons avec Back Market en quelques années, et je continuerai à utiliser la plateforme pour les prochains achat. Par contre, et même si je comprends qu'une erreur puisse arrive à tout le monde, je déconseille effectivement le partenaire OPTITEQUI et ferai attention à ne pas recommander un appareil reconditionné par cet opérateur. Merci néanmoins à Back Market de proposer ce service ! Et un pépin ne changera pas mon utilisation de la plateforme à l'avenir.

    Mal por el móvil pero MUY BUENA RESPUESTA DE BACK MARKET. Compre hace un mes un Galaxy A71 128Gb en estado Excelente. Me llegó super Rápido. El móvil estaba nuevo en apariencia. Al encenderlo y al llamar tenía un punto verde en la pantalla y el sonido funcionaba a veces y tenía que apagarlo y encenderlo.La cámara y video me iba fatal según pasaban los días,así que fui comunicándolo y me iban diciendo que podía hacer para repararlo.Como no funcionaba les dije que me había tocado el móvil malo(pq mis demas conocidos genial)y que me devolvieran el dinero y así fue.Me mandaron etiqueta y empresa,vacie el móvil lo mandé y a los 2 dias tenia el dinero en mi cuenta. Lei comentarios de que otras personas decían que habían perdido su móvil la empresa de transporte al devolverlo o de que no les respondían o que no les llegaba el dinero y seguro que es mentira y a mí leer eso me asustaba.Yo cada vez que les escribia me respondían a los 5min dándome soluciones y respuestas y mi móvil llegó a otro país super rápido. Aunque el móvil me tocó malo(que como todo siempre puede pasar)la verdad que volvería a comprar otro móvil aquí porque tiene muchas ventajas como que te lo devuelvan y en tiendas ...
